Assisting the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation
Our ClubGRANTs donation supports services offered by the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation, such as transport, scholarships or petrol vouchers.
Fighting Food Waste
In 2022, The Wests Group donated over $20,000 to OzHarvest, through its ClubGRANTs program. These funds help OzHarvest deliver meals to those in vulnerable situations.
Aspect School's Technology Centre
Our ClubGRANTs donation contributed to Aspect Hunter School's new 'Cam Technology Centre' which facilitates vital education for individuals with Autism.
Supporting Lifeline
Over the years, we've proudly donated to Lifeline Hunter through our ClubGRANTs program. Last year, we contributed $35,000 to aid their local services and perpetuate their positive impact on our community.

Nova Women and Children, supports women who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or escaping domestic or family violence. The Wests Group proudly assists this organisation in funding safe housing.

On March 20, 2022, the Knights used their home game as an opportunity to support those affected by the worst recorded flooding disaster in the eastern states.

Wests’ employees volunteered to support families with seriously ill children who are staying at the Ronald McDonald House Northern NSW by baking up some goodies to bring a little joy their day.

The Wests Knights Foundation has committed $300,000 to support the construction of purpose-built accommodation for women and children escaping domestic violence.
Home away from home
The Wests Group ClubGRANTS program has generously donated $82,000 to Ronald McDonald House Charities, facilitating the upgrade and refurbishment of accommodation units at John Hunter Children’s Hospital.
Supporting lifesavers
The Wests Group ClubGRANTS program in recent years has donated $50,000+ to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service for purchasing essential equipment to ensure crew and chopper safety before every lifesaving flight.
Sense of belonging for all
Several Wests' employees volunteered their time to support the 2022 Newcastle Pride Festival to show support of the LGBTIQA+ community celebrating sexuality and gender diversity.
Creating brighter futures
The Wests Group ClubGRANTS program has contributed over $135,000 since 2018 to the Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) for therapy equipment and playground refurbishment.

Soul Café in Newcastle offers home-cooked meals and a welcoming space for those in need. The Wests Group ClubGRANTS program provides an annual funding of $45,000 to sustain and support this vital service.
