Making Wellbeing a Prioirty
Our partnership with In Minds Training reflects a strong commitment to workplace wellbeing and building capability to support mental health across our organisation.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is a key part of our leadership development, equipping leaders with the skills to support their teams with care and empathy. The training provides awareness of mental health and mental illness and introduces a practical support scaffold to guide supportive conversations. It also includes real-world scenarios for providing everyday support, as well as clear guidance on actions to take in a mental health crisis, helping leaders respond appropriately and confidently.
Education continues to be central to this approach, with 36 team members in 2025 completing MHFA training. This strengthens our collective ability to recognise when support is needed and respond in a timely, compassionate way. Through our ongoing partnership with In Minds Training, we continue to build a workplace where mental health is understood, valued, and actively supported at every level.
