Sense of Belonging for All
The Wests Group Australia partnered with Newcastle Pride for the 2022 Newcastle Pride Festival as part of Wests’ ongoing commitment to providing an inclusive workplace and creating a sense of belonging for all.
Newcastle Pride is an inclusive, vibrant and fun not-for-profit LGBTQIA+ community based organisation established in 2018. Newcastle Pride celebrates sexuality and gender diversity in Newcastle and the Hunter Region.
On Saturday 5 November 2022, several Wests’ employees volunteered their time at our Wests’ Pop Up Marquee and shared the love through temporary tattoos, face painting and glitter, and took many photos in front of the Wests rainbow backdrop.
