Cardiff Brewery Pilsner - A delicate German style Pilsner ABV: 5.4% | Bitterness: 30 IBU

A delicate German style Pilsner with a pale colour and pleasant aroma. This refreshing malty lager is supported by classic German hops enhanced with a sprinkling of NZ’s Riwaka hops, a derivative of Saaz hops used in traditional Czech Pilsners. The result is an enticing beer that will leave you refreshed and wanting more.

Hops – Spalt, Hallertau Mittelfruh, Riwaka

Cardiff Brewery Australian Pale Ale - A Fruity and Refreshing Pale Ale ABV: 5.6% | Bitterness: 24 IBU

Dive into the Cardiff Brewery Australian Pale Ale, a beautifully balanced and refreshing pale ale with a delicious maltiness and enticing fruit flavour. A portion of toffee malt and wheat provide character and refreshment while the three Australian hop varieties added late in the kettle provide subtle fruit flavours of mandarin and passionfruit and a hint of bitterness.

Hops - Eclipse, Galaxy, Ella
