At what age can you become a Wests member?
Wests membership is only available to individuals aged over 18 years and over.

Which membership types can opt in for a free nib Newcastle Knights Red Membership?
Wests members including social members can opt in to receive a free 2024 Newcastle Knights Red Membership. To opt in, select the Red Membership when joining or renewing through the member portal. Already a member and want to upgrade? Head to the member portal and add the free membership under the Update Details section, or head to the help desk at your local Wests Club. Temporary members are excluded from this benefit.
What is the Wests Loyalty Program?
All Wests members (excluding social and temporary members) are entitled to participate in the Club’s loyalty program on the basis of the terms and conditions of Wests membership. The program entitles the member to earn bonus points in club.
What are Bonus/Reward points?
Bonus Points/Wests Reward points are the points you can earn by purchasing food and beverage with your membership card or playing electronic gaming machines with your membership card correctly inserted at any Wests club. For every 100 bonus points equals $1 to spend in clubs only.
How do I earn reward points?
Simply scan your Wests membership physical card or digital card in the Wests Rewards App at the point of sale to earn reward points (excluding social members). A QR code will also be available on your digital wallet membership card for you to scan.
I am a visitor. How do I access the Club?
Visitors are welcome into any of our Wests Clubs however they will need to sign in on arrival as a Social Member to enter the club. You can join as a Social member for free online through the member portal or on arrival at the club. Explore our other membership options to receive member benefits and discounts.
Can I join or renew my membership online?
Yes, you can join and renew memberships online through the membership portal.
I don’t have a mobile phone and/or email, how can I join or renew?
If you don’t have a mobile and/or email for your membership, please visit the help desk at your local Wests Club to become a member.
When can I start using my digital membership card?
Once your ID has been verified and a QR code is visible on your Wests digital card it will be available for use immediately to collect points and redeem vouchers.
How do I verify my membership?
If you have joined to be a Wests member online, you will need to verify your identification. On arrival, you will be asked to present your ID to a staff member at the help desk to activate your member account in order to start earning reward points.
How do I know my membership has been verified?
Your digital card will display as blue in your wallet. Once your membership has been verified, the card will change to the colour of the corresponding membership type.
I’m a current Member, will I receive a new card design for 2024?
Yes, membership cards have a brand new design with a different design for each membership type in 2024. Social members will receive a bronze card. Full, pensioner and 10 year members will receive a silver card and perpetual members will receive a gold card. All membership types will have the option to choose either a Wests or Knights theme for the digital wallet card designs. All members can access a digital card to download onto a smart phone. If you wish to receive a physical card, please visit the help desk at your local Wests Club.
How can I update my personal details?
You will be able to update your details via the membership portal or by visiting our help desk where our friendly staff can assist.
When does my current membership card expire?
Membership expires on the 1st of February every year. For those who have not renewed their 2023 membership, your membership will expire on 1st of February 2024.

Who receives a $10 voucher?
2024 Membership vouchers for joining or renewing from 3rd October 2023 and before the 31st of December 31st 2023 are available to membership types excluding temporary and social members.
How do I receive my $10 member vouchers in 2023?
2024 Member vouchers will be available for use in your member account once you join or renew for a 2024 Wests Membership. Simply scan your membership card at the point of sale with any purchase to redeem.
Will I get change for a voucher? E.g. I purchased a $5 happy hour, will I still have my remaining $5 to spend?
No, no change will be given. The full $10 amount of the voucher needs to be used within a single transaction.
