We proudly display our tick of approval as a registered COVID Safe business with the NSW Government. Our COVID Safe plan includes our commitment to the wellbeing of members and employees, physical distancing, hygiene and cleaning as well as record keeping.

We are open and look forward to welcoming you on your next visit.

While most of our outlets remain open, some are temporarily closed:

Wests New Lambton

Hopsmith Bar is currently closed. All other outlets will operate on their usual trading hours.

Wests Mayfield

Texas Bar-B-Q Grill and Re-Load are currently closed, Cast Iron Kitchen is opened and operating as normal.

Wests Nelson Bay

No current closures, all food and beverage outlets operating on their usual trading hours.

Wests Cardiff

No current closures, all food and beverage outlets operating on their usual trading hours.

Wests City

No current closures, all food and beverage outlets operating on their usual trading hours.

Wests New Lambton Bowling Club

Operating as normal.

All Clubs – Promotions and Raffles

Raffles will continue as scheduled at all Wests clubs.

Promotions including Bingo, Housie and Hoi will be suspended from 18th December until further notice.

Conditions of Entry

As the safety of our members, guests and staff remains paramount, we have updated our Conditions of Entry to reflect the local COVID-19 climate.

Effective immediately it is a condition of entry that you must be double vaccinated to enter our Wests club venues. This will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

You will also be required to show vaccination proof to our staff upon entry.

As per the NSW Government, businesses may continue requiring customers to be fully vaccinated and request to see proof of vaccination as a condition of entry to protect the well-being of staff and customers.

The following measures are also in place to protect our members and employees.

  • Regular deep cleaning sanitisation of Club prior to opening
  • Increased cleaning schedules
  • Toilet sanitiser, soap dispenser and hand sanitiser stations
  • Cashless, contactless payment option
  • Good hygiene and social distancing signage and announcements
  • On-ground markers and queuing systems
  • Sneeze protection screens positioned at key customer service points
  • Face masks available for purchase for $1 each with 50c from every sale donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities
  • One person per two square metre rule applies to all venues as of 27 December 2022

Upon entry we kindly request that you adhere to the following hygiene guidelines:

  • Face masks are mandatory and must be worn during your visit as of midnight, 23 December 2021
  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing cold & flu symptoms, please do not enter the property;
  • Ensure you practice social distancing at all possible times;
  • Hand sanitisers are freely available for your use throughout the business;
  • Exercise strict hygiene standards during your visit
  • Follow NSW Public Health Orders
